Old wine bottles may show traces of dust and damaged labels, which is expected given their age. The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that, as a rule, reveal distinct characteristics in old wine tastings. However, we want to inform you that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even within a bottle, aromas are subject to different evolutions. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years sealed. If you choose to decant the wine before serving, be patient so you can detect the sediment that an old wine tends to develop. (illustrative image)
