Following a rather imperial restructuring, Jean-Hubert Delon and the Despujol family have transformed Château Nénin into a modern homage to Pomerol – a region, it seems, that had never encountered a scythe. A truly ambitious renovation, involving soil drainage and replanting, all to unlock the full potential of the Merlot and Pinot Noir, both of which clearly revel in this exceptional terroir. The project boasts expanded cellars and a fully modernised fermentation room, making it perfect alongside a robust black pork roast.
