The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that typically reveal distinct characteristics in vintage wine tastings. Nonetheless, we remind that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even within a bottle, aromas evolve differently. Accordingly, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. We recommend opening the bottle and letting the wine breathe first, which helps release its natural aromas after many years sealed.
