In 1989, the Bouchara family—hailing from the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry—acquired this property. From the moment they arrived, they committed to substantial investments. Massive work began with the restoration of the tower and the complete construction of the technical facilities. The nobility of this place is matched by the nobility of its wines, thanks to the significant and regular efforts made in the vineyard. All the team's know‑how—from the vine to the bottle—is reflected in the tasting of Tour de Pez wines. By the initiative of the Bouchara family and their team, the wine never stops, vintage after vintage, gaining in quality, precision, and consequently in fame and recognition.
