**Ribeiro Santo Vintage:** Hand-harvested. Grapes sourced from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. **Winemaking:** The grapes were fully destemmed and lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The free-run juice was chilled and settled at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation took place in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank at around 16°C over 3 weeks. **Classification:** Rosé DOC Dão **Terroir:** Granite-based soils with large rocky outcrops. Altitude between 400 and 600 metres. Influenced by the Dão and Mondego rivers. Hot, dry summers and cold winters. **Allergen Information:** Contains sulphites. **SKU:** 101409
