The nose is immediately captivating, revealing intriguing hints of asphalt which, remarkably, play beautifully with the sweetness of sloe plum and the cool minerality of the schist. On the palate, the freshness is relentless, balanced by a substantial density and a remarkably smooth tannin structure.
