Grafite Branco is a delicate and sophisticated white wine from the Douro, where the fruit’s freshness is paired with the complexity of partial ageing in French oak barrels. The name “Grafite” reflects the winemakers’ artistic signature and their quest for the most natural wine expression. It offers mineral aromas, notes of graphite, fresh lemon, and subtle biscuit nuances. On the palate it is firm, vibrant, and elegant, with juicy acidity and a long, persistent finish that echoes its mineral character. In a sector dominated by players rooted for centuries, Churchill’s – with only 36 years of existence – has distinguished itself by producing exclusive premium‑category wines with a very distinctive identity. It was this identity, an individual and unique style, that John Graham sought to bring to the world of Port wine when he founded the company in 1981.
