The National Cellar stores all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, yet chooses to preserve the visual character inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that, in general, reveal distinct traits in tastings of old wines. However, wine is a living organism that, even while sealed, evolves over time. Accordingly, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let it breathe first, which helps release its natural aromas after years of closure.
