This wine is a seriously grand affair – apparently started being made in 1252, thanks to Pope Clement V himself! Rooted in a chalky-clay terroir near Bordeaux, it’s a fascinating blend of centuries-old tradition and a commitment to contemporary winemaking. Sixty-three hectares of vineyards ensure a consistently high standard, reflecting a deep respect for the land. Wonderful with fresh oysters, or perhaps a perfectly roasted duck – a classic pairing, really.
