This Cloudy Bay Chardonnay is a true icon, showcasing the region's renowned stony soils of Marlborough. Harvested from the Barracks and Motukawa vineyards, the grapes offer a beautiful richness, underpinned by a wonderfully lively acidity – you can almost taste the morning mist. The wild yeast fermentation adds a remarkable depth of flavour, subtly balanced by a touch of oak that provides a lovely textural element, reminiscent of crème pâtissière and hazelnut.
