Colet Navazos Reserva Brut Nature is the result of a collaboration between Colet Vins and Equipo Navazos. Made exclusively from Chardonnay, it undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle and spends a minimum of 40 months maturing. At the time of disgorgement, Manzanilla and Manzanilla Pasada are added to the reserve wine, giving it a unique character and personality. This sparkling wine stands out for its complexity, elegance and great expressiveness, making it ideal to accompany shellfish, fish or the traditional pickles of aperitivo.
