**Colinas** The 61 hectares of the estate spread across the fabulous clay‑lime soils that dominate the gentle hills of this property. The entire vineyard is worked entirely in dry harvest. Here, by combining Champagne grape varieties with a superb Coquard press and the Bairrada’s centuries‑old tradition of sparkling wine production, they manage to make wines capable of standing alongside the world’s best. **LOCATION** S. Lourenço do Bairro, Anadia, Portugal (Bairrada DOC) **TERROIR** Atlantic‑influenced climate, protected by the Serras do Caramulo and Buçaco. Vineyards planted at high density (up to 6,172 vines per hectare) on gentle hills of clay‑lime soils, in the famous limestone patch of the region. Vineyards fully dry‑harvested. **SERVE** Serve between 6 °C and 7 °C. **STORAGE** Keep in a cool place (12 °C – 14 °C) protected from light, with minimal temperature swings. **LONGLIFE** Although it evolves positively in the bottle, its best consumption period is within the first five years after release.
