The aroma is intensely fresh, reminiscent of newly peeled citrus zest, complemented by pronounced autolytic notes of biscuit and brioche, seamlessly integrated. It delivers layers of incredibly captivating aromas. On the palate, the mousse is impeccable, and combined with vibrant acidity, creates a distinctive mineral character, a hallmark of Colinas sparkling wines. The finish is remarkably long, showcasing complexity in layers ranging from citrus aromas to baking notes, including those of mirabelle plums. Always refreshingly mineral.
