Valdemar uses its own vineyards, located in the Rioja Alavesa and Rioja Alta subzones, to craft its Conde de Valdemar Reserva from four grape varieties deeply rooted in the region: Tempranillo (which dominates the others), Graciano, Garnacha, and Maturana. With extended barrel ageing, the wine presents a nose dominated by black fruit and licorice, and a palate that is vibrant, balanced, and broadly expressive.
