Consorte Garrafeira Branco

Description

A wine of bright, golden hue with good intensity. It offers aromas of excellent intensity, complexity, and depth. Bottle ageing sharpened these notes. Dominant scents of yellow flowers and ripe citrus (lemon) are gently wrapped in subtle spice hints (vanilla, white pepper) and dried fruit (almond). On the palate it is dry and creamy, with fine, balanced acidity that develops throughout the tasting, creating a sense of tension. It has good structure and texture, a long finish, and is very food-friendly.
