This Corrieira is a seriously impressive white – clearly designed for those special moments, or just a touch of indulgence. The blend of 15% Arinto and 85% Chardonnay, aged in old French oak barrels (using reclaimed staves), delivers a wonderfully complex flavour profile. That extended six-month lees aging really amplifies the intensity, while the Chardonnay provides a lovely freshness. It’s a wine that practically begs to be paired with seafood or white fish – a brilliant match, really.
