Cortes de Cima Este wine was produced exclusively from the Syrah grape variety. The grapes were carefully selected for being at optimal ripeness. They were fermented without chaptalisation, at controlled temperatures, and with regular destemming, followed by an extended skin maceration period to enhance fruit aroma and achieve a well-balanced tannin structure.
