Cortes de Cima This wine was produced exclusively from the Syrah grape variety. The grapes were rigorously selected for being in optimal ripening. They were fermented without skin contact, at controlled temperatures, with regular punch‑downs, and a prolonged maceration of the skins to enhance fruit aroma and achieve a good balance and tannin structure. It was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels until bottling in July 2014.
