**Cortes de Cima** A regional Alentejo wine that is a pure reflection of our terroir – the result of our commitment to regenerative practices, respectful pruning, reduced watering and minimal intervention in the cellar. **Soil:** Decomposed clay classified as loam, limestone and sand (60 %) and decomposed clay classified as loam, rocky, granitic with quartz crusts (40 %). **Location:** Cortes de Cima, Vidigueira **Harvest:** A winter with generous rainfall (555 mm) combined with a mild spring and summer allowed us a vintage with balanced fruit and refreshing acidity. **Vinification:** Nighthand harvest, spontaneous fermentation with 30 % whole bunch, two weeks of maceration with low extraction. **Aging:** Used French oak barrels and stainless steel. **Bottling:** Unfiltered, March 2024. **Awards** 17/20 – Julia Harding / Jancis Robinson (2021 vintage) Silver Medal – Mundus Vini 2016 Silver Medal – Concours Mondial Bruxelles 2015 Bronze Medal – International Wine & Spirit Competition 2015 Bronze Medal – International Wine Challenge 2015 **SKU:** 101282
