This Cortes do Tua Reserva is a seriously impressive wine – a real deep dive into dark fruits. The backbone of tannins and acidity, courtesy of the Trincadeira and Tinta Roriz, beautifully balances the richness of the Touriga Nacional and Aragonez. It’s a remarkably smooth wine with a lingering finish, and frankly, it deserves a good roast of beef to really sing.
