Description

COS Ramì is an orange wine made from two white grape varieties—Insolia and Grillo—both cultivated in the municipality of Vittoria under biodynamic principles. The fermentation is carried out in contact with the skins, giving it its characteristic orange hue. It then spends seven months in concrete tanks to preserve its fruity character. It exemplifies the new wave of Sicilian wines, closely tied to terroir and conscious craftsmanship.
