Rooted with Avesso in the Baião sub-region, the vineyard delivers a white bursting with character – and a wonderfully vibrant, mineral acidity that really pushes the boundaries of refreshment, doesn’t it? The influence of Chardonnay and Arinto adds a lovely floral and fruity complexity, reminiscent of wild berries and white peaches, almost like a memory of a picnic high in the mountains. The wine was awarded a remarkable 93 points by a leading wine publication, and rightly so – a true celebration of the terroir, with a luscious texture and a refined, crisp finish.
