This Crono Tinta Amarela, born on the gentle slopes of the Alentejo, clearly spent some time gazing at the Tagus and Serra de Montesinho. The Tinta Amarela reveals a beautiful cherry-red hue, shimmering in the glass, alongside a delicate, promising ‘lágima’. Hints of wild berries, tobacco and a touch of caramel suggest a meticulous barrel aging in French oak. On the palate, it’s wonderfully dry and balanced, with a lingering sweetness that would pair beautifully with a grilled fish or a hearty beef dish.
