Expect a deep ruby colour and a wonderfully rich, complex flavour profile, driven by the elegance of Touriga Nacional and Aragonez, with a persistent base of Trincadeira and Sousão. Following careful, hand-harvested selection, fermentation took place in granite lagares with foot treading and precise temperature control, showcasing the strength of these classically Douro grapes. After maturing for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, this wine has earned a remarkable ageing potential – and a well-deserved 91 points!”
