Seven years after starting to make homemade wine from grapes in the Ainzón area of Zaragoza, Fernando Mora MW and Bodegas San Alejandro began producing wine from the grape they knew best: Garnacha. For this wine they decided to question everything and use a variety of vessels for fermentation and ageing, ranging from wood to concrete.
