Curral Telles Kappa White Wine presents light yellow color. Fresh, clean, and invigorating aroma with herbal notes of rosemary and hints of apricot. In the mouth, it is ample and long with the same aromas described earlier. Rabigato is elaborated and bottled with no added sulfur. It contains only the sulfites naturally produced by the yeast during fermentation. These grapes, from a vineyard located at 600 meters of altitude, were pressed directly in a vertical press. Spontaneous fermentation in barrel and tank (50%) with completed malolactic fermentation. Bottled after 10 months of aging.
