This D’Oliveiras Sercial is aiming for a seriously ambitious, Goode-esque longevity. It’s been patiently aged in oak to unlock the incredible complexity only the Madeiran terroir can deliver – truly a wine meant to flourish on those high island slopes. Quite simply, a testament to the rewards of patience and exceptional grapes, ideally paired with some aged sheep’s cheese, wouldn’t you say?
