This Moncerbal, a project born from Álvaro and Ricardo Palacios’ deep passion for Mencía, is a bold testament to betting on the potential of Corullón – a vineyard perched at 700 metres. The Atlantic influence of the microclimate delivers a wonderfully fresh character, beautifully balancing the inherent structure of the grape with evocative notes reminiscent of the Minho region. A wine best enjoyed now, but with a promising future, ideally paired with a hearty beef roast.
