“This D.G. is the product of a lovingly handled, ‘artisanal’ harvest, with careful grape separation ensuring a pristine must. Fermentation, held cool at around 16°C for two full weeks, allowed the Viosinho, Gouveio, Moscatel and Malvasia Fina grapes to fully express their aromatic potential. Typical of the house, the rigorous pressing and filtration deliver a flawless presentation – but don’t be fooled; this wine thrives with lighter pairings, such as grilled fish or a bright citrus salad, to really showcase its freshness.”
