Dom Diogo: This wine results from a rigorous selection of our finest Padeiro grapes, combining modern techniques with tradition. The harvest is hand‑picked into small boxes. Vinification follows a low‑pressure grape‑pressing method, then alcoholic fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilised by chill. It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany salads, fish or shellfish, poultry, and pasta with tomato sauce. Its freshness makes it especially pleasant in relaxed settings.
