This Chablis Premier Cru from Domaine Daniel Dampt is, quite simply, a masterclass in minerality. Grown from 30-year-old Chardonnay vines – a hallmark of Burgundy’s elegance – it presents with an amber-citrine hue, carefully maintained in stainless steel to preserve the pure character of the grape. The aromatics are restrained yet bracing, hinting at a firm tannin structure and a finish that beautifully echoes the region's limestone soils. An excellent match for fresh oysters and a delicate white fish fillet, naturally.
