The Domaine de l'Aigle is located near Limoux at the foot of the Pyrenees. The vineyard sits between 250 and 500 metres above sea level, making it one of the highest in Haute Vallée de l'Aude and even the Languedoc. It is made exclusively from the Alsatian grape Gewürztraminer, cultivated according to the Terra Vitis approach. It is highly expressive on the nose, fresh, mineral, clear, and smooth in the mouth, making it ideal for pairing with Asian dishes, spicy foods and cheeses.
