Their nine hectares, planted with vines older than many of their drinkers, are tended with an almost delightfully naive approach. Remarkably, without the use of chemicals, the terroir seems to sing, producing a wine of understated elegance and a genuinely peculiar balance. It’s a wine best enjoyed with something equally uncomplicated, like a perfectly executed duck with orange – a truly harmonious pairing.
