This rosé from La Bernarde, crafted with Grenache and Syrah, is a serious reflection of its Provençal terroir. Following a change of custodians with Vignobles Austruy, it delivers a vibrant colour and a wonderfully fresh aroma of citrus and red berries. The meticulous winemaking, combined with the vineyard’s elevation (between 380 and 450 metres), creates a beautifully balanced wine – a genuine pleasure to drink, particularly with grilled fish or a berry salad.
