It boasts a wonderfully firm and vibrant acidity, which contrasts surprisingly with a luscious, creamy texture – you certainly wouldn't expect that from this well-known grape. Expect fresh green apple and blackcurrant notes dancing on your palate, and frankly, it’s a wine that knows exactly what it wants to do – drink it young for a burst of immediate joy, or let it age and develop a wonderful layer of complexity.
