Born from a family legacy stretching back to 1920, this full-bodied red showcases a wonderfully audacious blend of Touriga Nacional, robust Aragonez, and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc – all nurtured on the exceptionally well-suited terroir of the Setúbal Peninsula. The influence of *meias pipas* (small, new oak barrels) from France lends subtle notes of red berry compote, beautifully balanced by the vibrant freshness and acidity. Quite frankly, it’s no wonder the critics rate it amongst the Top 100 Portuguese Wines – particularly delicious with a perfectly grilled steak.
