Vinification takes place in stainless‑steel tanks, with the temperature carefully controlled between 22°C and 24°C for 16 days, followed by a 12‑month ageing in stainless‑steel tanks and 6 months in bottle, ensuring its maturity and balance. The Dona Sancha Tinto presents itself with a vibrant ruby colour. On the nose, it showcases black fruit and compote, complemented by vegetal notes typical of the Jaén variety. In the mouth it surprises with freshness, fine tannins and spice nuances. With a medium structure, this wine offers a long and persistent finish, making each tasting a memorable experience.
