Donelan Cuvée Keltie is the direct result of a careful study of the vineyard. By identifying subtle changes in terroir and vineyard character, our team can isolate specific sections of vines – sometimes just a few rows or the top of a hill, often in increments of one or two tonnes. The optimal ripening in these sections, combined with large percentages of the total grape harvest, produces a wine that delights us. 80 % of the grapes are fermented in small batches without new oak, and the wine undergoes 22 months of *élevage* (the French term for the wine’s progression from fermentation to bottling). **Awards** 99/100 Jeb Dunnuck; 96/100 Vinous; 94/100 Robert Parker **Allergen Information** Contains sulfites.
