After selection, the grapes are destemmed at the entrance of the cellar, crushed, and transferred to stainless‑steel vats with robotic crushing. In this phase pre‑fermentative maceration at low temperatures is carried out. Fermentation then takes place in stainless‑steel tanks at a maximum controlled temperature of 28 °C. The wine displays an intense, deep red colour with violet undertones. Its aroma is intense, fresh, and complex, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum, and cassis, with floral notes of violets and tertiary aromas from its “elevage” in barrels that lend spice. It has firm, mature, and smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Contains sulfites.
