The colour is a gorgeous ruby, hinting at the ripe blackcurrant and plum aromas – with a distinctive twist from the Alicante Bouschet. It’s remarkably smooth, with vibrant acidity that keeps it wonderfully fresh, making it a fantastic match with beef dishes in a rich red sauce.
