After a year and a half of aging in new French and American oak barrels, it emerges as an engaging, structured and indulgent wine, with balsamic and toasted notes. Ideal for pairing with red meats, game dishes, charcuterie, stews and all kinds of cheeses, it is also suitable for vegans.
