The Eisele Vineyard Altagracia Cabernet Sauvignon is an organic red wine that elegantly expresses the identity of the Eisele Vineyard terroir, through a selection of plots located in the estate’s eastern sector. It is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (90 %) and Austrian oak barrels (10 %), creating a harmonious balance between ripe fruit and spicy notes. The aroma is highly fragrant and expressive, with floral hints of dried rose petals, wild strawberry, red currant, and raspberry, accented by notes of pink pepper and sandalwood. In the mouth it offers a round, silky texture with subtle notes of black tea, cinnamon, orange peel, and cocoa. The tannins are firm and finely structured, enveloping the palate and leading to a long, persistent finish marked by anise. Vibrant and elegant, this Altagracia showcases the consistency and uniqueness of the Eisele Vineyard terroir, combining aromatic intensity, silky texture, and great persistence.
