El Descontrol Clarete Rosé

Description

Descontrol is a rosé wine made from a blend of white grapes (Moscatel) and red grapes (Tintilla de Rota), sourced from vineyards in the municipalities of Chipiona and Jerez de la Frontera, in Cádiz. During production, all the grapes are mixed for a very slow pressing lasting about five hours. The wine then undergoes a nine‑month maturation in stainless‑steel tanks. The result is a pale pink wine with aromas of pink flowers, stone fruit, and a saline undertone. In the mouth it is light and refreshing, retaining that salty note already mentioned.
