Made by the oldest winery in the Canary Islands, this orange wine is crafted from century‑old Moscatel de Alexandria vines grown on sloping, loose volcanic soils in the iconic “chabocos” that define the moon‑like landscape of the island. Following a natural winemaking process, the must ferments in contact with the skins for three months, giving it its characteristic amber hue and a singular structure.
