The Ovo da Cabuxa 2024 is one of the most distinctive and vibrant gems of the Ribeiro DO. Conceived by Felicísimo Pereira and Marcial Pita in the Vale do Avia, this monovarietal Treixadura wine comes from century‑old vines rooted in the granite soils of Sábrego. Its distinctive character is forged in a 600‑litre concrete vat, where it undergoes a five‑month lees contact, a method that enhances its texture and complexity without oak intervention.
