This rosé from Entre II Santos, primarily made with Bairrada Pinot Noir, seems to have shied away from fully showcasing its potential. The nose is quite subtle, hinting at a somewhat elusive fruity aroma – a promising sign, though a persistent sulphurous note keeps it a little reticent. Nevertheless, the Grande Escolhas award suggests there's something worthwhile to uncover in this Bairrada wine, ideally paired with grilled fish or a light salad.
