“This Entre Vinhas Grande Reserva is a wine that clearly enjoys a slow maturation – it’s been patiently developed to reveal its full potential. Fermented in stainless steel with complete maceration, it beautifully showcases the character of the Touriga Francesa, Aragonez and Touriga Nacional grapes, perfectly attuned to the Beira Interior’s distinctive terroir. The subsequent 225-litre French oak ageing has imparted a smooth texture, and the wine was bottled in March 2020. A fantastic match for grilled beef.”
