Enxertia arises from the heterogeneity of our vineyard, as each year the edaphoclimatic conditions differ. Based on this definition, we decided to create a wine that reflects the best performance of the grape variety for each vintage. Thus, we take the liberty of choosing, each year, the variety that best embodies this philosophy – as is the case with Jaén.
