This “Esculpido” is a truly remarkable white – 100% Avesso, no less – that feels like a miniature sculpture. Fermented in oak barrels, it delivers an unexpectedly vibrant freshness, beautifully balanced by the characteristic complexity of the Avesso grape. You’ll detect saline notes, a whisper of fresh butter, and a hint of damp stone, all dancing on the nose. The palate is rich and elegant, with a persistent finish reminiscent of hazelnut and wild berries. It would be superb with a delicate grilled sea bass, wouldn’t you agree?
