The Esporão company was born in Alentejo from an unshakeable desire to produce the finest wines. This motivation is the legacy behind all its wines and the main reason for expanding its range into other products and territories. Esporão Estate, located in the heart of Alentejo, in Reguengos de Monsaraz, offers unique agricultural conditions – large diurnal temperature swings, poor and varied soils, and an extraordinary biodiversity that helps produce in balance with the environment. With about 702 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and other crops nurtured by a Biological Production Method, it currently encompasses around 40 grape varieties, 4 olive varieties, orchards, and vegetable gardens.
